First registration period to submit proposals for papers: until 23rd September

Acceptance of the paper will be sent before 15th July, and payment of the first registration fee can be done until 30th September. 

The different prices range from 80 € for students, 150 € for the rest of participants and 25 € for those who want to attend without presenting a paper and would like a certificate of attendance.

Second registration period from 01st October to 15th October.

Acceptance of the communication will be sent before 20th October and payment can be done until 30th October.

The different prices range from €100 for students, €180 for the rest of participants and €30 for those who wish to attend without presenting a paper and would like a certificate of attendance.

30th JUNE 2022: First deadline for registration

23rd SEPTEMBER 2022: Last day for acceptance of papers of the first registration fee

Reservation and Conditions

CONGRESOS SANT YAGO will not accept telephone reservations.

Registration must be done by filling in the ONLINE FORM through the congress registration website.

Full payment is required to receive the confirmation receipt.

Payment must be made in Euros. Payment options are as follows

  • Credit card online: you will be redirected to the bank’s secure page. VISA and Mastercard are accepted (AMERICAN EXPRESS is NOT ACCEPTED).

  • Bank transfer: Once you have chosen this method of payment, you will receive the necessary details of our bank account to make the payment. It is important that you send us an email with proof of the transfer to congresos@santyago.es indicating in the concept LITER 2022 + your name and surname. Once the amount has been verified in the bank account, your registration will appear as paid in your personal area.

Confirmation of reservation

Once payment has been received, CONGRESOS SANT YAGO will send you a confirmation receipt.

Cancellation of registration policy

All cancellations or changes must be sent to CONGRESOS SANT YAGO by email to congresos@santyago.es.

  • Cancellations received by 6th November 2022 will be refunded except for a €25 administration fee.

  • Cancellations received after 6th November 2022 will not be refunded.
